Strategic  Management Guidance for the Business Professional

CPAs who practice in business and industry can address current financial management challenges by using action-oriented Management Accounting Guidelines (MAGs) developed by the AICPA, CMA-Canada and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Focusing on selected financial management issues, MAGs provide guidance on current and evolving strategic management practices and concepts.

Each publication offers practical implementation guidance for practitioners in addition to the latest topical information. While the MAGs are authored by academic or professional business writers, AICPA, CMA-Canada, and CIMA member volunteers review each publication thoroughly to make sure they contain actionable advice and content.

In addition to the MAG documents the AICPA in conjunction with CMA-Canada and CIMA is producing a series of Infocasts on the most recent MAGs.
