Warren H. Harucki

As the President and CEO of Grove Farm Company, Warren Harucki is the leader of a development company responsible for 10% of Kauai’s entire land mass. With true business acumen, he promotes Grove Farm’s success by creating value, leveraging opportunity, minimizing financial risks and initiating improvements with attentiveness to critical island issues and Kauai’s best interests. Working toward diversified agriculture while enhancing Grove Farm's land and water assets, he is focused on helping Kauai meet the needs of its island residents.

Prior to joining Grove Farm, Harucki was President of Hawaiian Telephone and was the youngest executive ever to lead one of Hawaii’s top 5 companies, and the first Asian American leader of a major Hawaiian firm.

During 12 years as President, he guided the company through three ownership changes to the present-day Verizon Hawaii; he rebuilt the critical infrastructure of the island of Kauai (KAH-WYE) following a crippling 1992 Hurricane, and thoroughly modernized Hawaii's telecommunications network with a $1.2 billion upgrade -putting the state in the nation's top five to reach 100% digital switching.
